The key to Sterling's success is unmatched parts availability. With access to a global parts distribution chain, Sterling dealers are regularly supplied with time-critical deliveries. For example, our Memphis PDC is located next door to the Federal Express worldwide redistribution center, which means Sterling dealers can place orders as late as midnight EST for morning deliveries. That's fast! And that's just part of what makes our PDCs work as well as our parts do. With our PDCs boasting a national order fill rate consistently over 97%, Sterling dealers can be relied upon for some of the best parts availability in the industry.
