Referral Rewards
If you have a friend or relative who is interested in purchasing or leasing a new or used vehicle, complete and submit this form to Universal Ford Lincoln. If your Referral purchases a new or used vehicle from Universal, we will issue you a Referral Reward for up to $500.00.
Referrer has choice of $500.00 in credit notes or $250.00 in cash.
Please note the conditions for your payment:
- The Referral Form must be received by Universal before the Referred Customer visits and buys or leases a vehicle.
- The Referred Customer cannot be an existing Universal customer.
- Commercial vehicle sales and leases are excluded from the Customer Referral Program.
